POLSON – The Lake County Election Office released the unofficial results for the May 8 School and Special District Election last week with five items on the ballot.
The count for the Jette Meadows/ Lake County Water and Sewer District came in with 54 votes for Richard W. Beauchamp and 29 for Lee Perrin. Jon Raymond received 46 votes and Brent J. Sliker has 32.
In the Polson Rural Fire District election, R. Jack Clapp received 648 votes. Elizabeth Hoel received 217 votes and Paul A. Laisy has 245. Fred Nelson picked up 690 votes and Joe Stark has 170.
The Dayton School District election to seat a new board member came in with Ben J Adams at 205 votes, and Jill Sundvahl has 61.
The Polson School District election votes came in with Alan L. Anderson at 1,275 votes, Shannon Bojorquez with 1143, and Tony Muzquiz 1,056. Rosemary Hickey has 955 votes.
In the Flathead Irrigation District, Division 1, Dave Vincent has 26,254 votes and Wade Shepard received 9,505.
