The following individuals were found guilty of careless driving and were fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs: Barbara Ann Rush, 68; Allen James Turner, 22; Christipher R. Drebes, 22; Polly Harriman, 66; David Lee Connors, 38; Lorraine Boschee Peterson, 85; Jamie Lee Tomlin, 38, Terry A. Atha, 65.

Todd Christopher Masciullo, 46, forfeited a $200 bond for driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. Masciullo also forfeited a $20 fine for one defective tail lamp, insufficient visibility.

Robert M. O'Masters, 53, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Erick Anthony Navarro, 27, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended. Navarro also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $460 with $200 suspended and charged $75 in court costs. Navarro also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $360, with $200 suspended and charged $75 in court courts.

Donald Robert Mielke, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 suspended.

Benjamin Mataio Meafua, 23, pleaded guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was fined $1500 with $1400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 suspended.

James Albert Roylance, 56, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Christopher A. Cran, 47, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. Cran was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Stoney Boyer Aragon, 19, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. Aragon also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), first offense. He was fined $200 with $200 suspended. Aragon also pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace office or other public service. He was found guilty and fined $400 with $400 suspended and sentenced to jail for 180 days

Brian Georffrey Williams, was found guilty of disorderly conduct. He was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs.

Kenneth Alllan Davis, 79, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Paul Lane Walhood, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. He was fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Katie Anna Lisle, 33, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $2000 with $800 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.\

Andrew Daniel Teigen, 23, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $500, charged $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 2 days in jail. Two days jail shall be suspended upon surrendering license plates and registration for 180 days. Teigen also pleaded guilty to basic rule violation, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.

Michael Andrew Schroedel, 47, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $5 in court costs. Schroedel also pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000, first offense. He was fined $260 and charged $25 in court costs.

Breanna Marie Turpin, 19, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Stetson Kade Walbeck, 17, pleaded guilty to change lanes when unsafe to do so. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Otto Edward Bueckmann, 69, pleaded not guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to all vehicles on highway. He was found guilty and fined $10 and charged $35 in court costs.

Shay Allen Ashley, 33, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $500, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

James Dean Snyder, 25, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Amanda J. Oberg, 31, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Ronald Allen Race, 49, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for displaying fictitious, altered, etc. license plates.

Timothy A. Troyer, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail.

Dennis P. Gardner, 72, pleaded guilty to failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Kelton Michael Anderson, 16, pleaded guilty to tobacco possession or consumption, under 18 years of age, first offense.

Mindy Louise Roberts, 49, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $250 with $200 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Roy Lynn Bird, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $560 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to jail for 2 days. Jail may be suspended if defendant provides valid driver’s license by July 16, 2018.

Rowland Bruce Redenbaugh, 65, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Bridger Micah Sims, 18, pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was fined $50, charged $35 in court costs and assigned charged of $10. Sims also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $110, charged $75 in court costs and charged restitution of $10.

Michael Ross Lackey, 39, forfeited a bond of $100 and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Jay M. Bushman, 22, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry receipt for special mobile equipment.

Lowell Kurt Brown, 65, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Greg A. Creighton, 39, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. Creighton also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $510 with $250 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Alyssa Dawn Lindauer, 31, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Stephen Bruce, 67, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jared Anthony Ondaro, 46, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Joseph A. Routzen, 28, pleaded not guilty to assault, purposely or knowingly making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

D. J. Heffner, 44, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $510 with $400 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jeremey R. Thomas, 35, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Thomas also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense. He was fined $1010 with $400 suspended, charged $75 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Dillon Rae Byers, 22, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $560 with $200 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended and given credit for time served.

Michelle Rae Emerson, 35, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third and subsequent offense. She was found guilty and fined $550 with $200 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 5 days suspended.

Gerald Charles Doty, 43, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license (10/27/16). He was fined $550 with $500 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Doty on an additional charge (2/25/17) pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $550 with $500 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Doty on an additional charge (1/27/17) pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $550 with $500 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Doty on an additional charge (6/18/17) pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $550 with $500 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Doty on an additional charge (9/28/17) pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $550 with $500 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Nelda Jean Hayes, 57, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Randy Charles Hall, 58, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Hall on an additional charge pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Megan Ann Sewell, 43, pleaded not guilty to vicious dog control, licensed or unlicensed. She was found guilty and fined $400 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Tamara Suzanne Curran, 41, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended.

Sarah J. Loomis, 39, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 day suspended.

Seth N. Breen, 23, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.

Dorothy Ann Reznicsek, 67, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Arianna Lee Dollarhide, 27, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to signal intention to turn within 100 feet/turn (business/residential/urban area).

Destany Joy Field, 26, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Christopher James Kirwan, 30, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended.

Monique Renee Moore, 47, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Frank Joseph Hamel III, 31, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. Hamel also pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000, first offense.

Sheryl Ann Cardin-Westphal, 48, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed. She was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Christopher Elliott Smith, 41, pleaded guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Jeremiah Francis Paul, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $500 with $350 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Kipp A. Monger, 45, forfeited a $50 bond and was charged $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Pamela Lynn Eelis, 61, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for driving on other than right-hand roadway of divided highway.

Scott A. Macklin, 62, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs.

Andrew James Geiger, 50, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for a parks pass violation.

Ellis Keaton Surratt Jr., 54, was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs for a parks pass violation.

Michael Patrick Dunsmore, 60, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing – in no-passing zone.

Christy Ann Krantz, 42, pleaded guilty to interfering with traffic while backing. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Bradin Garret Mc-Caughin, 28, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license-never has possessed. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of violation in a construction zone: Michael Joseph Coyer, 46, fined $75; Janice Fae Olsen, 81, fined $55; Chester William Crowl, 82, fined $60; Brett Payton Fitzpatrick, 22, fined $60; Stephen Russell Gordon, 70, fined $60; Louis Carl Hatch, 67, fined $60.

Ryan Elvin Tollefson, 37, forfeited a $120 fine and $35 in court costs for violating speed limit near school or senior citizen center.
