Two residential drug searches made in Polson

News from the Polson Police Department

POLSON — On the night of June 27, your Polson Police Department executed two residential search warrants. These warrants were the result of a short-term drug investigation. The information used to initiate the investigation originated from citizen complaints.

The warrants were executed at 1008 Second Street E and 112 Fourth Ave. W. Several items were seized as a result: firearms, methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, prescription pills, marijuana, several items of drug paraphernalia, such as tourniquets, pipes, snort tubes, syringes and other devices used to ingest dangerous drugs. 

Several individuals were arrested as a result of the two raids:

Aaliyah Soldier Chief Woods – Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, warrant for Failure to Appear on Criminal Possession of Dangerous drugs. Charles Pluff – Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, warrant for FTA on CPDD and driving while license is suspended or revoked. Devon Dechenne – CPDP.  Sawyer Runkel – CPDP, warrant for FTA CPDD. Ellen Caye – CPDP and theft. Khyle Gardipe – Criminal Distribution of Dangerous Drugs, CPDD, CPDP. Alysaa Mahler – Two counts of CPDD, CPDP. Tessi Curley – Warrant for Violation of Conditions of Release.

No children were believed to be living inside these residences.   Nobody was injured during the execution of the search warrants.
