The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Parley K. Thordrson, 56, fined $55; Sarah W. Gallagher, 53, fined $85; Janice Marie Oppedal, 56, fined $20; Kisa Marie Davison, 44, fined $70; Robbie Lester Baldry, 56, fined $55; Renee Ann Sinclair, 62, fined $20; Robert Francis Kajfasz, 63, fined $55; Howard Joseph Corey, 79, fined $70; Dillon Diemert, 40, fined $65; Katlynn Ann Deneault, 17, fined 20; Will James Martel, 20, fined $55; Sareena Dibmohammed Banna, 28, fined $135; Gavin Ray Fox, 24, fined $85; Mark P. The following individuals were found guilty of failing to stop at invasive species management area check station and were fined $85: Seamus J. Mills, 40; Aharon P. Bishop, 38; Daniel R. Anderson, 48; Wade M. Mobley, 23; Ronald A. Torgerson, 23; Greg Patrick Tabish, 48; Michael John Wamsley, 61; Harry S. Morehead, 72; Kiley Sara Eversole, 33; Lynzi Brooke Reum, 36, fined $20; Berry Jay Jackson, 54; Lyle G. Tripp, 80.

Natasha Louise Radasa, 36, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Radasa also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was charged $85 in court costs.

Kyra Ann Eoff, 24, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of partner, family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family member, first offense. She was fined $1000 with $700 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended.

Gregory Devlin, 70, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Mariah Danielle Barber, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Mircea Onet, 57, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. She was fined $250 with $250 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Glen Jerry Reum, 63, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Devin William Slater, 22, forfeited an $85 fine for basic rule – reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Brandan Harry Came, 62, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Brittany Michelle Chaffins, 28, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Bruce Alan Cech, 56, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Cech also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of partner, family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injur4y in partner, family member, first offense. He was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Christopher Michael Francisco, 25, was found guilty of theft – obtain or exert unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Michelle R. Schauls, 31, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Thomas Timothy Wall, 55, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 days suspended.

Aron Baccam, 49, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.

Nathan Eldon Umphrey, 37, pleaded guilty to permitting dogs to harass hooved game animal. He was fined $1050 with $800 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Daniel Lester Woods, 67, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for no motorcycle endorsement.

Jeremy David Reese, 40, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Leo Anthony Scaefer, 80, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Dennis Peter Peterson, 60, forfeited a $60 fine and $35 in court costs for violation in a work zone.

Larry Lynn Salomon, 48, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on right.

Jacob Daniel Donovan, 33, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing – in no-passing zone.

Jedd W. Tougas, 35, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Rodney Taylor Fullmer, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

William Raymond Cannon, 21, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Shelby Nicole Vincent, 23, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Seana F. Iverson, 51, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $2000 with $1400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended and credit for 1 day given.

Kyzak Starkel, 17, pleaded guilty to ROW violation – failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Courtney Marie Martel, 27, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $400 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Teresa Lynn Goldsby, 54, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of careless driving. She was fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Cheyenne Curtis Morton, 27, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Rachelle Celeste Miller, 25, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $85.

Piper Yearout, 33, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $85.

Berenda Fay Voniewis, 23, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Theresa Rousoff Bosworth, 85, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield when entering highway from private road or driveway. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Henry F. Hanson, 68, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield when entering highway from private road or driveway. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
