LAKE COUNTY — On July 9, 2018, the Lake County Commissioners passed a resolution of intention to adopt the draft Lake County Growth Policy rewrite, subject to changes outlined in the resolution. The changes have been made to the document, which is now available for viewing on the project website along with the resolution of intention and other information pertaining to the latest draft. Please see: www.planlakecounty.com and you may need to refresh your browser to make sure it’s up-to-date.
The Board of Lake County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Aug. 21, at 10:30 a.m. in the Office of the Lake County Commissioners, Room 211 of the Lake County Courthouse on a resolution to adopt the growth policy. This is scheduled to be the final hearing on the growth policy rewrite and the pending resolution is expected to complete the project – the 2018 Lake County Growth Policy will then be adopted if the Commissioners pass the resolution to adopt.
