Pancake breakfast fundraiser at Yellow Bay
News from the Yellow Bay Community Club
YELLOW BAY — The Yellow Bay Community Club will be serving a pancake breakfast on Saturday, Sept. 8, from 9 a.m.—noon, at the clubhouse located on the east shore of Flathead Lake, Highway 35 at mile-maker 18. The public is invited to enjoy a hearty breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausages, and fruit at a nominal cost of $5 for adults, and $3 for children ages 8 and under.
This event is open to the public. All proceeds from the breakfast will be donated to charities regularly selected by the Yellow Bay Club. The club’s fundraising activities also help with upkeep and preservation of the historic 75-year-old clubhouse building.
In addition to the pancake breakfast, the club’s ladies auxiliary meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month at noon, and family pot luck dinners are held on the first Saturday of each month at 6:30 p.m. starting with Oct. 6. September’s potluck will be on Sept. 22. The club’s events are open to all seeking friendship and community involvement. Membership fees are nominal and first-time guests are always welcome.
