RONAN — There is still a lot of smoke in the air but the temperature is starting to get cooler so we can be hopeful that the smoke will clear sooner rather than later.
Cards will be held at the Ronan Senior Center on Monday, Sept. 17, at 7 p.m. If you like to play cards you are welcome to join them.
The foot clinic will be held Wednesday, Sept. 19 from 9-11 a.m.
Crafts are worked on every Wednesday after lunch.
There will be a yard sale on Sept. 15 with the proceeds going to the Mission Valley Senior Center. The yard sale will be held at the old Round Butte Gym located by the museum across from the VFW.
The menu for the coming week is:
— Wednesday, Sept. 12: tuna noodle dish, salads, dessert
— Thursday, Sept. 13: evening meal at 5 p.m. - pork roast, potatoes, fried apples, sides, dessert
— Friday, Sept. 14: pulled pork sandwich, sides, dessert
— Monday, Sept. 17: chicken potpie, salads, dessert
— Wednesday, Sept. 19: pork enchilada, sides, dessert
