Local candidate forum to be held in Ronan
RONAN — The Lake County Republican Women and Lake County Democrats are co-hosting a candidate forum at the Ronan Community Center on Wednesday, Oct. 10, beginning at 6 p.m. with a meet and greet. Refreshments will be provided. Local candidates for county commissioner, house and judicial districts will answer questions from moderators on important state, local and judicial issues.
The forum will begin at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Submit questions you'd like to hear candidates respond to, to: summer@valleyjournal.net or drop them off at the Valley Journal office by Oct. 8.
Please come out to inform yourself and get ready to vote.
Chamber to host candidate meet, greet
POLSON — On Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 6-8 p.m., the Polson Chamber of Commerce will host a candidate meet and greet at the North Lake County Public Library meeting room. Candidates vying for Lake County Commissioner, District 20 District Court Judge, House District 93 and House District 12 will be on hand. Refreshments will be served.
