RONAN —Thanksgiving will soon be here and I hope people take not only that day but every day to count their blessings and be thankful for what you have. We sometimes feel we have nothing but there is always someone who is worse off than we are.
Thanksgiving dinner will be served at the Ronan Senior Center on Wednesday, Nov. 21, so if you are looking for a good meal, at a reasonable price, come and join us.
The foot clinic will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 21, from 9-11 a.m. There will also be someone here to check and clean hearing aids.
The senior center will be closed on Friday, Nov. 23.
The menu for the coming week is:
— Wednesday, Nov. 21: turkey dinner, potatoes, dressing, salads, veggies, dessert
— Thursday, Nov. 22: closed
— Friday, Nov. 23: closed
— Monday Nov. 26: pork chops, sides, salads, bread, dessert
— Wednesday, Nov. 28: ham hocks and beans, sides, salads, dessert
— Friday, Nov. 30: birthday dinner - roast beef, mashed potatoes, sides, salads, rolls, dessert
