ARLEE — Happy December … cold weather is here and wouldn’t a nice hot lunch or dinner be just the thing? Check out our December menu below and come on down for a good meal and great company. Lunch is at noon on Mondays and Wednesdays and dinner is at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
Did you know that if you, a senior friend or a relative live in the Arlee area and are disabled and can’t make it to the center, you may be eligible to receive home delivered meals? Contact the Arlee Senior Center for more information.
If you missed seeing it last month, the center now has Internet on our computers. So, come down and get online when we are open. We’ve also set up a Facebook page. We will put on monthly menu online and update you to anything that is going on at our center. Don’t forget to check it out. Type in Arlee Senior Citizens in your Facebook browser and there we are. Feel free to post any comments on our Facebook page about our services.
For those of you without a computer, we will continue to post our menus at the Arlee Post Office and in the Valley Journal each month.
We will be continuing our $7 prime rib dinner throughout this winter. This month’s dinner will be on Saturday, Dec. 22.
December menu:
All meals include a main course, a side dish, fruit, dessert, and beverages.

— Monday, Dec. 10: hamburgers with fixings
— Wednesday, Dec. 12: chicken parmesan
— Monday, Dec. 17: spaghetti with meat sauce
— Wednesday, Dec. 19: taco bar
— Saturday, Dec. 22: prime rib
— Wednesday, Dec. 26: beef Stroganoff
