Arlee Seniors for Jan. 9, 2019
ARLEE — Happy New Year from the Arlee Senior Center.
Winter is officially here; the days will be getting longer and with more light some of us will be coming out of hibernation and we will be very hungry. What is better at beating those winter blues and filling that empty stomach than having a nice hot lunch or dinner? Check out our January menu below and come on down for a good meal and great company. Lunch is at noon on Mondays and Wednesdays and dinner is at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
Did you know that if you, a senior friend or relative live in the Arlee Area, are disabled and can’t make it to the center, you may be eligible to receive home delivered meals? Contact the Arlee Senior Center for more information.
We will be continuing our $7 prime rib dinner throughout this winter. This month’s dinner will be on Saturday, Jan. 26.
Our silent auction began on Jan. 1. Come on down to the center and take a look at all the great things we have to auction.
When you come to a meal, don’t forget you can register for a $50 cash prize that is given at the end of the month. One entry per meal and entries are free.
Check us out on Facebook at: Arlee Senior Citizens.
