The following cases were heard by Judge Randall Owens in Lake County:

Chris Wilcox II, 50, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail.

Karlissa Lynn Allen, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $400 with $200 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Chance William Frame, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Daniel James O’Roake, 40, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $500, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. O’Roake also pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and was fined $510 with $250 suspended, charged $75 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

David Charles Mercier, 58, pleaded not guilty to failing to slow/use caution/move away from a stationary emergency vehicle/police vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Raymond Thomas Tanner, 43, forfeited a $50 bond and a $35 court costs. Nathan Eugene Jordt, 53, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.

Amberlynn Rose Whitcomb, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $310 with $100 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

David Christian Boone, 38, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Lisa Nikola DiGiallonardo, 45, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Gayle Marie Crane, 78, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Emily Ann Robinson, 20, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Brandon E. Bick, 36, pleaded not guilty to failing to obtain landowner permission for hunting, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Jory Joel Licht, 46, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Carolyn Bosworth, 73, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Roberta Lynn McCauley, 30, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. McCauley pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000, first offense. She was fined $210 and charged $25 in court costs. McCauley also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $110 with $100 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Preston Lee Nolan, 26, pleaded guilty to failing to to give notice of accident by quickest means/ apparent damage over $1000, first offense. Nolan also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $210 with $150 suspended and charged $25 in court costs. Nolan also pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $110 with $90 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Darla Jean Boughton, 60, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Steven D. Boyle, 60, forfeited a $100 fine and $85 in court costs for disorderly conduct.

Tad Geoffrey Papineau, 58, forfeited an $85 fine for basic rule-reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Richard A. Harthun, 57, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was charged $35 in court costs.

Dennis Michael Alexander, 41, pleaded guilty to waste of game animal, game fish, or game bird, person in possession. He was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and charged a $300 restitution fee.

William Cody Reed, 45, forfeited a $175 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding the max gross weight allowed any group of axles (bridge formula).

Roy C. Bilile, 79, pleaded guilty to changing lanes when unsafe to do so. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Torrance Duane Krause, 34, forfeited $175 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Roberta Ott Rounds, 53, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
