News from the Friends of the North Lake County Public Library
POLSON — Friends of the North Lake County Public Library District have designated October as their annual donation-drive month. Donor forms are available at the library in Polson or by email to: friendsofnlcpld@hotmail.com. Any amount will be gratefully accepted and added to FOL’s funds that support the library’s programs and projects.
In conjunction with the annual fund drive, Friends of the Library are holding a book sale on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1 and 2, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the library’s large meeting room, 2 First Ave. E, Polson. The sale features a huge collection of gently used books including fiction, non-fiction, children’s, young adult, cookbooks, and hundreds of assorted titles, all at bargain prices. Fill a bag for $5or buy FOL’s new canvas book bag for $15 and fill it for free. Friends of the Library’s fundraising T-shirts will also be available at $15 each or two for $25. There will be free coffee and cookies. All proceeds and contributions will go toward the FOL’s support of the library’s educational services that benefit all in the community.
