Boys Basketball

Mission Bulldogs

Zoran LaFrombois scored a team-high 19 points, and Jedi Christy scored 17 points as the Mission Bulldogs ran away with a 72-51 win against visiting Hot Springs Savage Heat on Thursday evening.

It took extra frames for the visiting Eureka Lions to slip past the Bulldogs 48-47 in overtime on Saturday.

Christy scored a team-high 15 points. LaFrombois and Ross McPherson each chipped in 10 points.

Charlo Vikings

On Saturday evening, the hosting Charlo Vikings fell in overtime 47-44 in a 14C conference battle with the Noxon Red Devils. Nate Clark scored a Viking team-high 15 points. Coyle Nagy scored 10 points.

Polson Pirates

The visiting Frenchtown Broncs narrowly slipped past the Polson Pirates 43-40 in Class A action on Saturday. Colton Graham led Pirate shooters with 13 points.

Two Eagle River School Eagles

In Victor on Thursday evening, the Two Eagle River School Eagles came up short on the road against the Victor Pirates, 62-52. Michael Brown had a team-high 14 points. Sheadyn Croft scored 13 points, Anthony Charlo added 11 points and Elias Adams chipped in with 10 points for the Eagles.

Arlee Warriors

Arlee Warrior Cody Tanner shot five-for-five from the three-point range on Thursday evening scoring a game-high 24 points in a close 78-72 conference loss to the visiting Anaconda Copperheads. For the Warriors, Tapit Haynes netted 17 points and Billy Fisher added 14 points.

 

Girls Basketball

Mission Lady Bulldogs

On Thursday, the Lady Bulldogs fell in a close 54-50 non-conference battle to the visiting Hot Springs Lady Savage Heat. Leading the Lady Bulldogs in double-digit scoring were Karolyna Buck with 11 points and Olivia Garland with 10 points.

In Saturday’s home game against the Eureka Lady Lions, the Lady Bulldogs fell 53-45. Azia Umphrey paced the Lady Bulldogs with 12 points. Sydney Brander and Courtney Mitchell added 10 points each.

Arlee Scarlets

The visiting Anaconda Lady Copperheads outscored the Arlee Scarlets 62-24 on Saturday. For the Scarlets, Cheyenne Pablo scored team-high eight points. Jerny Crawford booked six points.

Charlo Lady Vikings

The Charlo Lady Vikings defeated the visiting Noxon Lady Red Devils in a conference matchup 62-21 on Saturday. Lady Viking Liev Smith scored a game-high 18 points. Connor and Carlee Fryberger added 12 points each.
