News from Mission Valley Power

As the nation is gripped in a health crisis, Mission Valley Power has made the decision to not charge our customers any late or penalty fees for 30-days beginning April 1. Notifications will still be mailed. We will work with our customers on a case-by-case basis as we progress through this crisis.

It is important to note MVP is rate payer funded. Bills will continue to be generated each month, so customers are responsible for paying for their monthly usage at their residence. Non-payment of monthly usage can still result in disconnects.

We at MVP are committed to keep power flowing to all residents. MVP continues to monitor the changing landscape COVID-19 pandemic brings to all of us.

Please do not hesitate to call us at 883-7900 to discuss your current situation.
