ST. IGNATIUS — As I write this, our yard sale is in full progress. Thank you to all who donated items, those who baked the delicious treats for the bake sale, our intrepid volunteers who worked so hard to make this event happen. We especially thank our community members who came and shopped.

Our next in-house dinner will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 14.  The meal will be meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed veggie, applesauce cake with topping, and fruit.  Please let us know if you are planning to attend by Tuesday, Oct. 13. There will be no meal delivery for this dinner. Our board will discuss opening for more meals at the center at our Oct. 13 meeting.

Menu for the week:

—  Friday, Oct. 9: tuna bake, veggies, tomato salad 

—  Tuesday, Oct. 13: sausage patties, green veggies, potato salad, fruit 

—  Wednesday Oct. 14: dinner at the center only

—  Friday, Oct. 16: Reuben casserole, spinach salad, fruit, corn bread

—  Tuesday, Oct. 20: spaghetti, meatballs, garlic bread, green salad, fruit

—  Wednesday, Oct. 21: BLTs, soup, corn, tomatoes, fruit crisp
