Activities: veterans’ representative on Friday, Feb. 5; exercise on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10:30-11:30 a.m.; mahjong on Wednesdays 12:30 p.m.; cards on Thursdays 12:30 p.m., bingo on Fridays at 7 p.m.
Lunch is served at the center, as take-out, and home-delivered from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for $5.
Menu:
— Wednesday, Feb. 3: beef sandwich with fixings, chips, veggie salad, frosted brownies
— Thursday, Feb. 4: pork chops, dressing, beets, lemon veg Jell-O, gingerbread
— Friday, Feb. 5: barbecue chicken, baked potato, stir-fry veggies, macaroni salad, chocolate pudding
— Monday, Feb. 8: bean soup, pork salad sandwich, oranges, cake
— Tuesday, Feb. 9: Shepherd’s pie, apple sauce, 3-bean salad, creamy Jell-O
— Wednesday, Feb. 10: shredded beef over rice, mixed veggies, creamy pea salad, chocolate salad
We are looking for more drivers to help with lunch time food delivery. It only takes an hour once a week to volunteer.
