News from the Greater Polson Community Foundation

POLSON — The Greater Polson Community Foundation has offered grant writing workshops for nonprofits for the past several years and the event will continue in a new way. Due to COVID-19, we will meet via Zoom rather than in person at noon on March 4.

“We seek to make the 2021 workshop as helpful as possible,” organizers said.

Past workshops have focused on general qualities for an effective grant application, including grant applications to others as well as to GPCF.

“This year, while again reviewing qualities for an effective grant application, we will allocate more time to hear from you on how GPCF can best contribute to your success with grants from others as well as from GPCF,” organizers said. “What we learn may lead to follow-up sessions.”

The workshop will provide an opportunity for non-profits to share ideas and their experiences with one another.

For anyone who wishes to participate in the workshop, please contact GPCF via email at  gpcf4723@gmail.com and we will provide a Zoom link.
