RONAN — Ronan Pioneer days is back in full swing for 2021. July 30 to Aug. 1 will be a weekend of fun for everyone with fishing for kids on Friday at the Ronan City Park and a golf scramble at the Mission Mountain Golf Course.
There will be three nights of rodeo action starting with the bulls and broncs on Friday and an open rodeo on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is packed full of action starting with a three-on-three Jamboree, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars will also have a breakfast.
Also on Saturday, there will be a fun run to support the Boys and Girls Club of the Flathead Indian Reservation and Lake County. For information on the fun run, visit the Boys and Girls Club’s Facebook page. Also on Saturday there will be softball, a car show and the best “kiddie slicker” rodeo around.
On Sunday, Pioneer Days wraps up with a big parade down Main Street in Ronan. The 2021 theme for the parade is “The Roarin’ 20s.”
During the weekend, there are daily 50/50 drawings. Pioneer Days event organizers invite everyone to bring their family to Ronan for a weekend full of fun.
