ST. IGNATIUS — Our first August evening meal is a favorite; we will serve Indian tacos with all the fixings, coleslaw, fruit and apple crisp on Aug. 3. Michelle does such a wonderful job and we are looking forward to seeing many folks in our community at the 5:30 p.m. dinner. Remember, you do not have to be a senior to come to our meals. Families and other community folks and guests are very welcome.
The rest of our menu:
— Friday, August 5: tuna casserole, pea salad, corn bread, fruit, brownies
— Tuesday, August 9: Korean beef and veggies over rice, fruit, cook’s choice dessert
We are tentatively scheduling a Bingo Saturday event for Aug. 13. Please stay tuned for confirmation next week.
Due to my current health issues, I am only in the office on Tuesdays and Fridays, but the answering machine is operational and I will get back to any callers as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
