The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Council of the Flathead Indian Reservation announces the availability of proposed recreation regulations for the 2013-14 Bird Hunting, Fishing, and Recreation Regulations for non-members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes from March 1, 2013, to Feb. 28, 2014.
The Tribal Council gave the approval to hold one public hearing on the proposed regulations. The hearing will be at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, in the conference room at the Division of Fish, Wildlife, Recreation and Conservation at 406 Sixth Ave. E. in Polson.

Any person who desires to present written comments on the proposed recreation regulations may do so by sending the same to: Amanda Bourdon or Germaine White at the above-referenced address. To be considered, written comments must be postmarked no later than Nov. 14, 2012. Any person who desires to present oral comment may do so at the public hearing.
