Why do we care who will be leading our nation?
Is it because our nation, our Republic, is the only one based on Christian principles?
Is it because more than half of the voters accepted a party platform that has deleted God from its statement of beliefs?
Is it because, although abortion at any time in any stage of development of the baby in the womb has been proven beyond doubt to be a human being, more than half of the voters accepted a party platform that accepts abortion on demand as legal? Is it because, for whatever reasons, two persons living together regardless of gender, can be accepted as married in disregard to all that has been held sacred for 2,000 years?
I’ve been told that no form of government has survived for more than 200 years — is that why we care?
If any of the above thoughts are worthy of discussion, I hope you will begin to discuss them with those who are of different persuasions.
