WHITEFISH — Polson High School speech, debate and drama participants braved the cold to attend the Whitefish Invitational Speech and Drama Meet on Saturday, Dec. 8.
Placers included Sharidan Russell, who earned first in Extemporaneous Speaking. Teammate Jarrod Plant finished in eighth place
Double entered, Russell also snagged a fifth place in Impromptu Speaking.
Tommy Mercer placed seventh in Lincoln-Douglas Debate. Other seventh place finishers were Krysta Seville and Rosie Stanfield in Humorous Duo Acting and Clara Siegelin and Cash Sisler in Classical Duo Acting.
This weekend, the Polson team heads to Corvallis for a two-day meet on Dec. 14 and 15.
