RONAN — Happy New Year and may we all be blessed with a happy and healthy new year. I hope that it doesn’t go as fast as the last two. I don’t mind getting older, I just don’t want it to happen so fast.
Congratulations to Ambree Blixt on winning our raffle quilt. Thanks to all who bought tickets and made donations to our fundraisers. Thanks also to Helen Salomon for donating the quilt and to Carol Lipscomb for quilting it for us.
Our monthly board meeting is on Monday, Jan. 7, at 10 am. That is also the day cards are played here at the center. They start playing at
1:30 p.m., and all are welcome to join in. Cards will also be played here on the Jan. 21.
The evening meal will be on Thursday, Jan. 10, starting at 5 p.m. Baked chicken will be served for $5 per person. Come join us for a great meal, at a great price.
The foot clinic will be here at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 16. You don’t need an appointment, but please call us at (406) 676-2371 and let us know if you are going to be here.
The birthday dinner will be at noon on Friday, Jan. 25, as will all of our meals. Everyone is welcome to join us regardless of your age.
We serve at noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and at 5 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month.

• Monday, Jan. 7: cheese burgers
• Wednesday, Jan. 9: Turkey a la King
• Thursday, Jan. 10: chicken
• Friday, Jan. 11: soup and sandwiches
