RONAN — Well, I did it again. I typed out the column, made a copy for myself, and forgot to hit the send button. It’s been a busy, busy summer.
Thanks to all who donated to, bought from and showed up to help out at our yard sale. Not only did we have a successful yard sale (despite the rain), but we also had a good time doing it.
The senior commodities will be out on Tuesday, Sept.18, and you can pick them up after 2 p.m. that day and for the rest of the week from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. If you can’t get here during that time, please call (406) 676-2367 in the morning and let them know.
The foot clinic should be on Wednesday, Sept. 19, but it may have to be canceled. Give us a call at (406) 676-2367 or (406) 676-2368 to find out more information.
The veterans’ representative will be here on Thursday, Sept. 13, from 1 a.m.-2 p.m.
The center will have our monthly evening meal at 5 p.m. that evening. Come on in and join us for a great chicken dinner for only $5 per person.
Cards will be played here on Monday, Sept. 17, at 7 p.m. If you like to play pinochle, come on in and join them. This weekly game is played at 7 p.m. on Mondays and meets at various senior centers around Lake County.

•Wednesday, Sept.12: calico beans
•Thursday, Sept.13: chicken at 5 p.m.
•Friday, Sept. 14: soup and sandwiches
•Monday, Sept.17: baked spaghetti
•Wednesday, Sept.19: by request - chicken and dressing casserole
If you are a liver and onion fan, we will be serving it on Friday, Sept. 21.
