Judge Doug Olson dealt with the following cases from Sept. 9-Oct. 19:

Martin W. Felts, 34, forfeited a $175 bond for theft and was charged $45 in court costs.

Angela Marie Welch, 35, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $100 in court costs.

Adam Ray Schwarz, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Danielle Sloan, 40, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Tanya Marie Lilley-Fox, 37, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Chelsea Morgan Martin, 40, pleaded guilty to having dogs and cats running at large. She was found guilty and fined $25.

Ty Alexander Miera-Adamo, 18, pleaded no contest to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Miera-Adamo also pleaded no contest to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (under age 18). He was fined $100 plus $185 in court costs. In a separate case, Miera-Adamo pleaded no contest to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (under age 18). He was fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. In another separate case, Miera-Adamo pleaded no contest to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Paula Joy Tempero, 38, pleaded guilty to following too closely. She was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. 

Johnathan James Linerud, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), second offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $185 in court costs.

Billy D. Washburn Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.

Anthony Devon Brodie, 21, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Kurtis Lamont Mansfield, 19, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 85 mph in a 50 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $135.

Dale Rodney Childers, 55, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail and fined $200 plus $185 in court costs.

Christopher R. Gorlitz, 27, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Nolan Marlo Tromp, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.

Douglas Allen Whitewater, 22, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to two days in jail.

Daniel Raymond Little, 55, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.

John Bahten Mcclurg, 24, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Sherry Melissa Parsons, 31, pleaded guilty to theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, fined $300 plus $85 in court costs, and ordered to pay $10.27 in restitution.

Daryl Louis Vollin, 37, pleaded guilty to having dogs and cats running at large, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Samuel Raymond Friscia, 21, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Joshua Charles Markovich, 21, pleaded guilty to violating a leash requirement for cat or dog in city limits. He was found guilty and fined $35.

Linda M. Gary, 57, forfeited a $60 bond for speeding, traveling 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, and was charged $35 in court costs.
