POLSON — The perfect dress, an orchid boutonniere, wrist corsages, up-dos, fancy shoes, tuxedos, dinner out and, of course, pictures to please parents, are just a few of the rites of prom for high school students.

Polson High School’s junior prom was held on March 19 at PHS. The theme was “The City that Never Sleeps.”

About 150 students attended the prom according to vice principal Shawn Hendrickson, who said this is the first time in a long time that the prom’s been held at the high school.

Dom McGowan was chosen prom queen, and Justin Evertz reigned as prom king. Prom princess was Laura Barta and her prince was Max McLean.
