Judge Sharon Richardson heard the following case Oct. 6:
Jacob Westenberg, 19, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended and credited one day. He was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a $50 bond for driving 10 mph over the posted speed limit:
Cindy Lachance, 55; Marie Dinwoodie, 72; William Kostka, 62; Shannon Upshaw, 29; Brenton Hartley, 56; Jillian Jenkins, 27; Gary Lockwood, 66; Janet Miyatake, 53.
The following people forfeited a $75 bond for driving 11-20 mph over the posted speed limit:
Daniel Bartel, 53; Dale Alden Erickson II, 39; Ryan Jette, 24; Candace Durham, 18; Kim Marr, 46; John Howard, 64; Darrick Nielsen, 53; Jack Gilbraith, 53; James Dittus, 79; Robert Burke, 78; Ross Baumes, 44; Brent Erickson, 61; Gregory Pavinich, 62; Richard Deats, 65.
The following person forfeited a $100 bond for driving 27 mph over the posted speed limit:
Chris Mostad, 53.
