Extraordinary efforts produce extraordinary results. In this case, volunteers and their families have made a great difference for the Boys and Girls Club units in Ronan and Polson.
For several years now, Sharla Talsma and Shelly Cordis and their families have voluntarily set up and produced a great haunted house for the community to enjoy Halloween weekend. This year, again with the support of more than 30 youth volunteers, Ronan Telephone Co., Timberlane Auto, Rainbow Service, club board volunteers and other community volunteers, they have accomplished a great production.
We thank Sharla and Shelly and their families, those who attended the haunted house and all the others who made this possible. Proceeds from the haunted house were donated to the club for operational expenses. This year the donation was more than $1,200. Thank you all.
