Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Oct. 22-28:

Judith Rae Meeks, 45, pleaded no contest to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

John DWayne Lopes, 53, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.

Susan Eileen Eggers, 49, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Andrew Seccom,  20, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. Seccomb also pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Sally Mary Hance, 56, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, and pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license, expired more than 180 days. She was found guilty and fined a total, for both offenses, of $200 plus $70 in court costs.

Tanner David Ulrickson, 22, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended and credited one day of jail time. He was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Mary Bundrock Johnson, 51, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Grady Harold Sullivan, Jr., 34, pleaded no guilty for operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Solomon Preston Bolen, 29, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 304 suspended. He was credited for 61 days already served. Bolen was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.

Sarah Melodie Aldrich, 30, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister, expired less than one month. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Aldrich also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. For that offense, she was fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Jessica Eileen James, 19, pleaded guilty to assault, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. James also pleaded guilty to charges of possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, yet over age 18, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Kathleen Grace Bryan, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, yet over age 18, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
