Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Oct. 15-21:

Kendall Dawn Fisher, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Dennis Patrick West, 60, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. West also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Ty Roger Weingart, 36, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC of greater, first offense. Weingart was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Jennifer Acevedo, 34, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. The citation was issued on Jan. 22. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Acevedo can provide proof of valid insurance by Dec. 1 and also provide six months of continuous insurance, the jail time will be waived.

Jennifer Acevedo, 34, also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, second offense. The citation was issued May 14. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. If Acevedo can provide proof of valid insurance by Dec. 1 and also provide six months of continuous insurance, then three days of the jail time will be waived.

Fabian Angel Bautista, 22, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, second offense. The citation was issued June 6. He was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Bautista also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Fabian Angel Bautista, 22, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days, second offense. This citation was issued June 14. Bautista was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. He was also fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. If he can provide proof of valid driver’s license by Nov. 18, jail time will be reduced to three days.

Fabian Angel Bautista, 22, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. This citation was issued on June 24. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended, and fined $400 plus $35 in court costs. If Bautista can provide proof of a valid driver’s license by Nov. 18, the fine will be reduced to $235 and jail time waived.

He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days with 170 suspended. Bautista was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. If he can provide proof of a valid driver’s license by Nov. 18, the fine will be reduced and the jail time waived.

Melissa Nicole Forrette, 19, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Forrette was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Mark A. Braddock, 59, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Braddock was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Brenton Max Stanley, 24, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Spiros D. Cagley, 33, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended and credited for one day served. He was also fined $300 and $35 in court costs.

Michael Ray Williams, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. 

He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
