Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Sept 24-30:

Jennah Lynn Siegfried, 20, pleaded not guilty to riving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. In addition, she pleaded guilty to driving 75 mph in a 45 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $70 plus $35 in court costs.

Jaquelyn Josephine Tamez, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Tyler M. Wheeler, 18, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 165 suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. Wheeler also pleaded guilty for failing to obey a red (stop) traffic signal. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Alicia Krista (Frost) Despain, 32, pleaded guilty to improper left turn on to one-way roadway, and pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with studded tires during the restricted summer months. She was fined a total of $100 plus $70 in court costs.

Verner James Rose, 18, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 in court costs. Rose also pleaded guilty for failing to give notice of an accident by quickest means, with apparent damage over $500. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.

Rhonda Whitewater Zetterstrom, 45, pleaded guilty for failing to carry proof of or exhibit insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Jail time will be waived if she can provide proof of six months of continuous insurance on March 20, 2011.

Ashley N. Robinson, 22, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to driving while privilege is suspended or revoked. For this he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.

Tyler M. Wheeler, 18, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
