Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases Sept. 11-Oct. 1:

Jessica E. James, 19, pleaded guilty to: following too closely, filing to give notice of accident by quickest means (apparent damage more than $500), and operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty of all three charges and fined a total of $350 plus $105 in court costs.

Nancy Richards, 45, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of any drug, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Joshua Edward Maki, 33, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Timothy Erickson-Anderson, 40, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, second offense. His charges were amended to assault, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. He also pleaded not guilty to tampering or destruction of a communication device. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail, with all suspended, and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.

Ryan Carlos Munoz, 20, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), second offense. His charge was amended to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $80 plus $85 in court costs.

Lindsay Jean Burland-Roullier, 20, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Sylvia S. Jarrett, 51, forfeited a bond of $50 plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 52 mph in a posted speed zone of 35 mph.

Paul Lane Walhood, 36, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was found guilty of both charges and fined a total of $210 plus $170 in court charges.

Tanner Ross Marengo, 24, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Howard David Kallowatt, 54, was charged with owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. His case was transferred to Tribal court.

James Herman Linerud, 63, pleaded guilty to assault. He was found guilty and sentenced to one day in jail. Linerud was also fined $350 plus $85 in court costs.
