Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Sept. 3 - 9:

Michael Allen Stocking, 30, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Stocking was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 10 days suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Shane Thomas Pelletier, 22, pleaded not guilty for failing to carry proof of insurance, third or subsequent offense; driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; and reckless driving. Pelletier was found guilty of all three offenses. For not carrying insurance, he was sentenced to 180 days with 175 suspended. For driving with license suspended or revoked, he was sentenced to 180 days with 178 suspended. For reckless driving, Pelletier was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days credited for time served. He was also charged a total of $700 in fines and $105 in court costs.

Ryan William Randles, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Karl Dennis Davis, 53, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense; driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days; and for failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.

Davis was found guilty on all three accounts, fined a total of $650 plus $105 in court costs, and sentenced to five days in jail with three deferred until March 7, 2011.

Shawn Thomas Thompson, 34, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. Thompson was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and five days with three deferred. He was fined $450 and $35 in court costs.

Eric Lee Lamberson, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18). Lamberson was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Cindy Nordyke Paulsen, 56, pleaded guilty to selling or providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age.

Paulsen was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs.
