Judge Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Aug. 27-Sept. 2:

Jeffrey Wilheim, 25, pleaded guilty failing to carry proof of or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, third or subsequent offense. Wilheim was found guilty and charged $35 in court costs and fined $500 plus 180 days in jail with 175 suspended.

Kendra Schiele, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, first offense. Schiele was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Evan Brown, 76, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. Brown was found guilty, fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Brown also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended. unless Brown provides proof of 6 months continual insurance on Feb. 9, 2011 and then jail time will be waived.

Walter Benjamin, 52, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. Benjamin was found guilty, fined $400 plus $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended.

Marlin McDonald, 36, pleaded guilty to operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer. McDonald pleaded guilty and was fined $50.

Becca Bowen, 18, pleaded guilty for following to closely – reasonable and prudent. Bowen was found guilty, fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

James Snyder, 19, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. Snyder pleaded guilty, was fined $100 plus $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.
