RONAN — The cooler weather that we hoped for during the summer is here and as yet I haven’t heard anybody complain about it.

This week is a busy one here at the center. On Wednesday, Nov. 20, we are having our Thanksgiving dinner. We are serving at noon and will have turkey, dressing and all the goodies that go with it.

Wednesday is also the day of our monthly foot clinic, which will be held from 10 a.m.-noon. No appointment is necessary as it is on a first come basis.

On Friday, Nov. 22, Brian Bailey of Bailey Insurance will be here at 1 p.m. He will be able to help you with any Medicare supplemental

insurance questions you have.

Kathy Neeley from the Area V1 Agency on Aging will be here on Monday, Nov. 25, to help you with questions about Medicare prescription coverage. You need to call (406) 676-2371 and make an appointment to see Kathy.

We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday. Because that Friday is the last Friday of the month we have moved our November birthday dinner to Friday, Dec.6.

Our menu for the rest of the month is:

• Wednesday, Nov. 20: turkey

• Friday, Nov. 22: oven baked fish

• Monday, Nov. 25: chicken

• Wednesday, Nov. 27: potato bar

• Friday, Nov. 29: we are closed

We are open for the noon meal on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We also serve an evening meal at 5 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month. We have a craft session on Wednesday afternoons and we play bingo on Friday afternoons (if we have enough players).

Don’t forget that senior commodities are out on Thursday, Nov. 21, and you can pick them up after 2 p.m. If you are helping with commodities, be at the Pablo Christian Church at 10 a.m.

Have a great week.
