Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases from Aug. 3 to Aug. 26:

Debra Ann Woodward, 42, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. The charge was amended to reckless driving and Woodward was found guilty, fined $250 plus $35 court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail, with all jail time suspended.

Wesley Hale, 25, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Hale was going 36 mph in a 25 mph zone.

David Brince Steiner, 38, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Steiner was cited for going 36 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Curtis Michael Sivak, 27, forfeited his $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Angela Golden, 32, pleaded guilty to animals at large, was found guilty and was fined $45.

Gary Dullinger, 48, pleaded guilty to following too closely, was found guilty and was fined $50 plus $35 court costs.

Ladd Jones, 60, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Jones was cited for going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Linden Lee Olson, 25, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, second offense, driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense and disorderly conduct. Olson was found guilty of the three charges, was fined $1,050 plus $250 court costs and was sentenced to 200 days in jail with 198 days suspended and one day credited time.

Rodney Taylor Fullmer, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense, was found guilty, was fined $250 plus $35 court costs and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Ty Michael Smith, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 and over age 18, first offense. Smith was found guilty and was fined $100 plus $85 court costs.

Kari Nelson, 49, forfeited her $50 bond plus $35 court costs for operating with expired registration. 

Carolyn Rollin, 56, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Rollin was cited for going 38 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Johnny Sorenson, 40, forfeited his $65 bond for speeding. Sorenson was cited for going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Armedia Bond, 68, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Bond was cited for going 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Robert J. Michaud, 53, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Michaud was cited for going 41 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Chris Caldwell, 48, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Caldwell was cited for going 45 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Brian Kyle Jacobsen, 23, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Jacobsen was cited for going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Claudia Stephens, 46, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Stephens was cited for going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. 

John Louis Cross, 51, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Cross was cited for going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Brad Bruusema, 52, forfeited his $50 bond plus $35 court costs for speeding. Jacobsen was cited for going 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Sheilamarie Maghinay, 22, forfeited her $100 bond plus $35 costs for speeding. Maghinay was cited for going 76 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Brandon Val Simmons, 23, pleaded guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and disorderly conduct. Simmons was found guilty of both charges, was fined $615 plus $170 court costs, and was sentenced to 190 days in jail with 189 days suspended.

Rodney Sherman, 44, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Sherman was cited for going 41 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Jennifer Speer, 38, forfeited her $65 bond for speeding. Speer was cited for going 59 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Harold Skip Enger, 33, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Enger was found guilty, was fined $185, which was suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all jail time suspended.

Fairlynn Ross, 63, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Ross was cited for going 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

James Robert Auger, 52, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Auger was cited for going 38 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Myrna Nisly, 44, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Nisly was cited for going 36 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Anthony Loehr, 64, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Loehr was cited for going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Nancy Borel Ellis, 69, forfeited her $70 bond for speeding. Ellis was cited for going 49 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Scott R. Nelson, 46, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Nelson was cited for going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Levy Conklin, 29, pleaded guilty to animals running at large. Conklin was found guilty, was fined $50 and was sentenced to six months in jail with six months jail time suspended.

Craig Tanner, 25, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of careless driving, was found guilty and was fined $50 plus $35 court costs.

Naldo Vazza, 63, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with expired registration. Vazza was found guilty and was fined $465 plus $35 court costs.

Jeannie Bays, 44, pleaded guilty to careless driving. Bays was found guilty and was fined $50 plus $35 court costs.

Linda Scherer, 62, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding. Scherer was cited for going 43 mph in a 25 mph zone.

John Blaskovich, 21, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Blaskovich was cited for going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Andrew Cluphf, 38, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Cluphf was cited for going 37 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Zane Vaden, 53, forfeited his $20 bond for speeding. Vaden was cited for going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Nicholas Newton, 32, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Newton was cited for going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Douglas Olive, 55, forfeited his $40 bond for speeding. Olive was cited for going 41 mph in a 25 mph zone. 

Bernadette Kennedy, 31, forfeited her $85 bond for failure to give approaching vehicles half of the roadway.
