Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Nov. 15-28:

Donald Andrew Nail, 20, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Arthur Richard Mendoza III, 19, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. 

Beau Thomas Ulvick, 33, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Elizabeth T. Moree, 58, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Arnissa Joeen Austin, 51, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $300 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 suspended. 

Mariah Daniel Barber, 18, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Barber also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration-failure to reregister.

Taylor Michael Sinclair, 16, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect-first offense. Sinclair was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

John Thames Holub, 32, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Madison Renee Barber, 16, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Justin Andrew Hoel, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely-reasonable and prudent.

Tasha Irene Smith, 30, pleaded guilty to speeding on interstate urban-exceeding night limit of 65 mph and was fined $20. Smith also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended.

Caliope Jane Mikulecky, 17, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Patrick David Dellwo, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $500 and was fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Noelle M. Naiden, 58, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Michael E. Bibb, 62, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Stephen Harold Franco, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing-in no passing zone.

Brett Alan Owen, 28, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Thomas Kim Gingerich, 59, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration-failure to reregister.

Jeremiah Robert McGreevey, 26, pleaded not guilty for operating without liability insurance in effect-first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Omer Goudreau, 47, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for fishing without a license as established by law.

Christopher Robin Stikes, 33, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect-third or subsequent offense. Stikes was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Taylin Lang, 39, pleaded no contest to having dogs off leash. Lang was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Kyle Wayne Moderie, 28, pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest. Moderie was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs. Moderie also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Brock Michael Wilson, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. Wilson was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Christy Ann Fryberger, 40, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to vehicle on through highway and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Derek Ulick Dorrance, 23, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family member. Dorrance was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended.

Jesse Lee Dean, 25, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member. 

Dean was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 suspended. Dean also pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended. Dean also pleaded not guilty to destruction/tampering of communication device to obstruct/prevent/interfere-criminal offense report. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.

Terrence W. Frisk, 31, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for no/expired periodic annual inspection.

Brittany Lee Cribb, 23, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Tandi Teszea Ainsworth, 20, pleaded guilty and was fined $350 and $35 in court costs failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-second offense.

Merle Joseph Farrier, 66, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Francisco Antolino, 47, pleaded guilty to failure to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $500. Antolino also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect-second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs. Antolino also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license-has never possessed. He was fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Bonnie Sue Eva-Gainan, 39, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Robert Louis Eickert, 44, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Donald Joseph Driver, 48, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Heather Ann Kuntz, 35, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Seth R. McCollam, 30, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Richard Allen Davis, 66, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Aspen Tundra Bassett, 21, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Roger Ellis Foust, 87, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
