Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases June 4 - July 22:

Terry Hoyer, 54, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended. 

Becky Coffman, 34, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty, fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended. 

For another ticket issued about five months later, Coffman pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. 

Joshua Wayne Paul, 32, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended. 

Jamie Lynn Withey, 33, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Edward Charles Mikulecky, 50, pleaded guilty to speeding - going 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $55. 

Karen Fae Thomas, 50, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $765 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Carey Hargesheimer, 40, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding - going 68 mph in a 55 mph zone. 

James Bolinger, 67, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding - going 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was also charged $35 in court costs. 

Lacey Jean Dalton, 26, forfeited a $250 bond for failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. She was also charged $35 in court costs. 

Carl Dunkerson, 28, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Enrique Marroquin, Jr., 40, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. 

Jason Eliason, 38, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding - going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone. 

Malina Bourdon, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. 

For another ticket issued six days later, Bourdon pleaded guilty to theft - second offense. She was found guilty, fined $500, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. 
 
Shelby Lee Fisher, 18, pleaded guilty to failing to obey red traffic signal and careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $70 in court costs. 
 
Candace Marie Anderson, 38, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with BAC of .08% or greater - first offense and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, fined $600, charged $120 in court costs and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 357 suspended.
 
Christine M. Johnson, 42, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding - going 32 mph in a 15 mph zone. 
 
Cassandra Macklin forfeited a $70 bond for speeding - going 47 mph in a 25 mph zone. 
 
Mariah Dempsey, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding - going 54 mph in a 25 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $70. 
 
Alisha Burland, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding and failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. She was found guilty, fined $40 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
 
William Vollmer Klaczynski, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater, speeding - going 33 mph in a 25 mph zone, and failure obey a red traffic signal. He was found guilty, fined $670, charged $120 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and one day credited. 
 
Dusty Rose Hirsch, 31, forfeited a $120 bond for following too closely. 
 
Julie Block, 41, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding - going 48 mph in a 25 mph zone. 
 
Barry Harcus, 49, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding - going 47 mph in a 25 mph zone. 
 
Bruce Blake, 40, forfeited an $85 bond for following too closely. 
 
The following people forfeited a $40 bond for speeding - going more than 10 mph over the speed limit: Thomas Knapp, 40, Clarence Morgan Hopkins, 50, David Caldwell, 33, Dylan Doerr, 27, Jason Edward McLeod, 33, Robert Packer, 54, Daniel Jenko, 53, Hrothgar Pedersen, 25, Juanita Beamgard, 29, Dana Wilson, 32, Stephanie Yates, 34, Curtis Ullman, 57, Michael W. Spence, 53, Clark A. Pore, 32, Damian Renon, 32, James Oates, 59, Leslie James, 76.
 
• The following people forfeited a $20 bond for speeding - going 1-10 mph over the speed limit: Gregory Vorhees, 50, David Brent Prendergast, 43, Wendy Thompson, 52, Diane Laporte, 46.
