ARLEE — The Warriors were on fire last week as they brought their season record to 6-2. 

On Tuesday the Warriors took down Noxon at home, 60-48. Josh Reed high-scored his team with 15 points while teammate PJ Haynes netted an additional 10.

Friday the Warriors hosted St. Regis, where fans were screaming with excitement as the team easily overcame the Tigers, 76-26. The Warriors showed great teamwork as nearly every player came away with net scores. Reed led the way, putting up 22 points. Aaron Perry added 14.

It was a close one in St. Ignatius on Saturday as the Warriors squeaked by the Mission Bulldogs, 76-74. The Warriors were down by one in the finals seconds when Patrick Big Sam hit a three pointer at the buzzer to give Arlee the win. Josh Reed tore up the court, scoring 28 points for Arlee. Justis Haynes chipped in 16.

The Warriors hope to continue the streak in Charlo against the Vikings on Friday, Jan. 17 and then will host Two Eagle River Saturday, Jan. 18.
