Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases July 9-15:

Damon Richard Desjarlais, 36, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. 

Nicholas Von Platz, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21. He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Jose Ramirez, 47, pleaded not guilty to DUI - first offense and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $650, charged $120 in court costs and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 357 days suspended and three days credited. 

Russell Gene Redekop, 49, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with .08% BAC or greater. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. 

Corwin Daniel Cornelius, 32, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. 

George M. Lane, 46, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. 

He was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Riley W. Duford, 20, pleaded guilty to DUI - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended. 

Gerald Charles Norton, 51, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, fined $200 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Joseph Thomas Brown, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $500, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended. 

Joseph Thomas Brown, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance - third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, fined $500, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.
