CHARLO — The Scarlets have been scorching the court, adding two more wins and making their season record to 7-3 and 5-0 in conference. On Friday in Charlo, the Scarlets handed the Lady Vikings their first loss of the season, 49-38. Whitney Malatare lit it up, netting a huge 24 points.
Hosting Two Eagle River on Saturday, Malatare again led her team to the 62-21 victory, putting up 14 points for the Scarlets. Violet Pablo chipped in 12.
Arlee hopes to keep the wins alive on the road as they make a stop in Superior Friday, Jan. 24 and onto Hot Springs Saturday, Jan. 25.
