POLSON — Linderman Elementary School received a $500 grant from the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program to support the school’s math and science program.
Jasmine Spivey, store manager of the Polson Town Pump presented the check to Linderman Principal Tim Finkbeiner on Jan. 16.
Finkbeiner said Linderman would decide as a staff how to utilize the funds.
Town Pump nominated 67 schools in Montana for the grants.
Maureen Kenneally, spokesperson from Town Pump Corporate office, said, “We are grateful to ExxonMobil for their continuing support and commitment in Montana. Statewide we have been awarded $33,500 in Educational Alliance grants for Town Pump Exxon sponsored schools.”
