Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 25 - July 1:

Jessica Faith Uhde, 22, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. 

Joseph Arthur Black III, 48, pleaded not guilty to to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. 

Rebecca Ruth Coffman, 34, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. 

Jozetta Pearl May, 41, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Preston Robert Johnson, 34, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $150, and charged $35 in court costs. 

Christopher James Bays, 24, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license - expired more than 180 days and operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect. He was found guilty on both counts, fined $250 and charged $70 in court costs. 

Christy L. Urban, 24, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license and speeding, going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone. She was found guilty on both counts, fined $130 and charged $70 court costs. 

Anthony E. Siech, 42, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended and one day credited for time already served. 

Alf George Thomsen, 47, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver license - expired more than 180 days and failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle - first offense. He was found guilty on both charges, fined $250, and charged $70 in court costs.
