Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases June 12-18:
Matthew Michael Waterman, 21, pleaded not guilty to DUI - second offense and careless driving. He pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of liability insurance in vehicle and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.
He was found guilty of all charges, fined $1,200, charged $190 in court costs and sentenced to 9 days in jail.
Jamie C. Stroop, 33, pleaded not guilty to following too closely. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Kaley Ruth Radermacher, 24, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
James Tallmadge, 35, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty, fined $250, and charged $35 in court costs.
Jimiann M. Linerud, 25, pleaded guilty to careless driving and driving without liability insurance in effect.
She was found guilty, fined $300, charged $70 in court costs and ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution.
Donald G. Cooper, 59, pleaded guilty to careless driving and driving without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, fined $450, charged $70 in court costs and ordered to pay $1,052 in restitution.
Megan Maureen Redmond, 27, pleaded no contest to DUI -first offense.
She was fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail.
