MISSOULA – The Chiefs toughed out the week with a struggle, failing to grab wins. In Missoula on Tuesday, the Arlee basketball team fell to Loyola-Sacred Heart 42-65.
Cedric Earthboy led the Chiefs as top scorer with 21 points.
Friday the Chiefs headed to Corvallis to take on the Blue Devils. Earthboy and Kollin Wroblewski combined to put up more than half of the Chiefs points. With Earthboy’s 15 and Wroblewski adding nine, it still wasn’t enough to keep the Chiefs from losing to the Blue Devils, 38-52.
The Chiefs will host Deer Lodge Feb. 6 and then grab a bus ride to Troy Feb. 8.
