ST. IGNATIUS – The Lady Bulldogs are still looking to capture another win before the season comes to a close. It didn’t happen this last week, through they tried their mightiest on the court. At home on Thursday, in front of a strong hometown crowd that filled the seats to honor Lady Bulldog legendary coach Les Rice, the Lady Bulldogs took a fall to Loyola-Sacred Heart 25-49. Carley Elverud high-scored with seven points.

Saturday brought Mission to the Scarlets’ house with the Lady Bulldogs finding their toes stepped on by Arlee in the 18-61 contest. Elverud once again led the Lady Bulldogs with eight points.

The Lady Bulldogs will face Ronan’s Maidens Feb. 14 at home and then play their last game of the regular season Feb. 15 in Troy.
