Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases April 8 - June 3:
Benjamin Ross White, 22, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding, going 65 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Michael Scott Naron, 29, pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. He was found guilty, fined $65 and charged $35 in court costs.
Monica Vanderburg, 25, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault. She was found guilty, fined $50, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 14 days in jail with all suspended.
Jerry Wills, 49, pleaded guilty to DUI - second offense and negligent endangerment. He was found guilty, fined $800, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Dannielle Kelly, 26, pleaded guilty to DUI - first offense and operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 % BAC or greater - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $300, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
James Reum, 26, pleaded not guilty to speeding, going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was found guilty, fined $30 and charged $35 in court costs.
Del Pacid, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $500 with all suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with 178 days suspended.
Gary B. Blize, 62, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding, going 56 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Patrick W. Hartley, 22, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 83 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Sherry Miller, 48, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, going 54 mph in a 35 mph zone. She was also charged $35 in court costs.
Jody Koenig, 38, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 41 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Russell Sexton, 64, forfeited a $50 bond for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Shane M. Peterson, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $85 in court costs.
Ronald Meeker, 29, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect and displaying license plates belonging to another vehicle. He was found guilty, fined $100, charged $70 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with all suspended.
Deltadawn Clark, 24, pleaded guilty to following too closely in traffic. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Lorraine Kimp, 54, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding, going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Andre N. Dullinger, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, fined $15, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
Daeda Kelley, 26, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days and failure to carry proof of insurance. She was found guilty, fined $450, charged $70 in court costs and sentenced to 12 months, 18 days in jail with 12 months suspended.
Debra Beaver, 42, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding, going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Robin D. Sipe, 60, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 38 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Connie Lawrence, 46, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 69 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Joaquin Calderon-Cetina, 18, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 40 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Nathan Joel Selby, 19, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 38 mph in a 25 mph zone
Tommy Joe Smith, 39, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Manuel Figueroa, 56, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was found guilty, fined $60 and charged $35 in court costs.
