Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases May 21-27:

Sheldon Matthew Reum, 29, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $400 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Jeffrey John Pulse, 29, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of liability insurance in vehicle - second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, fined $350 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Fred James Morgan, 33, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with all suspended, fined $600 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Levi Jay Foster, 24, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Shawn Schlensker, 40, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Bridget Lynn Winkler, 38, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, fined $350 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Merlyn James Snyder, 55, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Cheryl C. Cross, 56, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
