KALISPELL – The Lady Pirates grabbed third place at the Northwestern Divisional Tournament, which put them in position to play in the challenge game against Frenchtown on Monday, March 3. Though the Lady Pirates fell to the Lady Broncs 25-45, their spirits remained high as they ended their season. Kaelen Wall netted nine points for her team and Jessica Bagnell scored six.

After a 5-17 season, the Lady Pirates brought an element of surprise and kept their Divisional opponents on their toes. With a mostly young team and the return of key players like Wall along with point leaders Skyla Krantz and Nichole Lake, the Lady Pirates have the potential to be dangerous in the seasons to come.
